Sharon Trickett is a modern Impressionist Oil Impasto artist who was born and raised in Quebec, Canada and currently resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Growing up, Sharon displayed signs of innate artistic talent and was selected for many awards throughout her life, which include creative designs with charcoal, pencil, acrylic paint and other mixed media. It wasn’t until recently that Sharon decided to explore the incredible aspects of oil impasto painting.

The discovery of a self-taught process for Sharon has created a natural intuitive style, transforming her observations of the scenery of where Sharon currently resides in Nova Scotia, into mesmerizing works of art, using oil impasto technique.

You can find Sharon's artwork in numerous private collections, businesses and magazines.

Sharon's exhibitions include solo shows in Nova Scotia, Canada and online group exhibitions, which include juried exhibitions with The Federation Of Canadian Artists and Manhattan Arts International, New York.

Sharon is also known to donate many paintings to Souls Harbour for auctions, to help raise money for their charity organization.
